As the children represent the future, Arte Viva feels a very strong moral duty to protect them. Therefore, our goal is to create a safer world for children in a sustainable way! We strive to give you the best while taking care of our world.
The absolute need to protect our planet is greater than ever before. We must take action against climate change and everyone must take responsibility.
Arte Viva is a Dutch company that is embedding sustainability and CSR in every operation. Starting from the main building, both the warehouse and office are powered with solar panels that guarantee a clean source of energy. Despite being located in the rainy Netherlands, we got a positive balance since we generated more electricity than we consumed. Thanks to that we started reducing our gas emissions too.
Our employees use the bike for more than half of the commutes to the office and we provide bikes to our interns. The company fleet is made of electric cars that are recharged with our panels.
Moreover, our staff is very flexible and international, so we created an incredibly enriching working environment. We employ many interns from colleges and universities and they are given space to grow and share their innovative ideas.
Arte Viva is committed to minimizing the impact of our business activities on the environment. We want our products to be eco-designed from the very beginning, and therefore we follow these principles for product development:
Sensitivity on this matter is increasing more and more nowadays and we are happy about that! The more we talk about this issue, the more we can find a solution to keep a balance between business and the environment.
Arte Viva’s products are people-oriented. We design, develop, and supply products to create a safer environment for children so they can learn and play freely. But we do not stop here. We want our employees to be happy and satisfied with their job, help our community to prosper by employing mentally handicapped people, and support international volunteering projects.
Quality and safety are the foundation of Arte Viva. Our goal is to make safe kindergartens and schools the norm all over the world. For this reason, we focus on child safety products that reduce the number of accidents and create a safe and carefree environment for children.
The year 2021 marked a turning point for Arte Viva. We started putting together all the things we did in the past and planning what to change in the future. As a result, we created our first Sustainability Report to share with our community.
Arte Viva is engaged in having an impact on society and the environment. A positive impact is not something that can happen overnight; it is a long and not linear process.
